职业院校现代学徒制教学模式融入社区教育的探索——以汽车相关专业群为例

Exploration of the Integration of Modern Apprenticeship Teaching Mode in Vocational Colleges into Community Education——Taking Automobile-related Professional Groups as an Example

摘要 通过培养目标、推动终身学习、社会参与度、实施主体四个方面的一致性的分析,以汽车专业群为例提出了职业院校将现代学徒制融入社区教育的可行性和必要性。再分析指出了选择合作伙伴,合作开发课程,实行企业导师责任制度,提供学习支持服务,建立反馈机制五个方面实施路径,重点强调了学习者选拔机制、企业参与决策、校企互信机制、校企长期合作在实践过程中的重要性。最后对已开展的学徒制实践项目进行分析,指明了后续工作的探索方向。 Through the analysis of the consistency of four aspects:training objectives,promoting lifelong learning,social participation,and implementation subjects,the feasibility and necessity of integrating modern apprenticeship into community education in vocational colleges are proposed.The analysis then points out the implementation path of five aspects:selecting partners,cooperating in the development of courses,implementing the corporate tutor responsibility system,providing learning support services,and establishing a feedback mechanism,emphasizing the importance of learner selection mechanism,enterprise participation in decision-making,school-enterprise mutual trust mechanism,and school-enterprise long-term cooperation in the practice process.Finally,the apprenticeship practice projects that have been carried out are analyzed,and the exploration direction of the follow-up work is pointed out.
