Under the background of new engineering,it is an important task to vigorously improve the ability of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation teachers,which can not only ensure the orderly progress of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional education,but also build a high-level teacher team with excellent professional quality and excellent professional ability,so as to ensure the orderly progress of all aspects of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional education,and provide sustainable high-quality talents for the development of mechanical design and manufacturing field.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the suggestions for improving the ability of teachers of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation from the perspective of new engineering,improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,and provide high-quality talent support and technical support for the development of regional economy.
