摘要
“汽车生产管理”是面向汽车生产制造的一门实践性很强的课程,传统的教学模式难以充分调动学生学习积极性,制约了该课程高素质产业人才培养目标的达成。在充分调研和分析学情基础上,将课程核心知识与教学、生活场景相结合,引入模拟企业生产的学徒教学模式,以角色扮演与互换、质量分析方法和现场管理等方法改革课程教学模式并植入团队协作精神等育人元素。课程以职业素养培养为基础,以学用结合为核心的教改实践大幅提升课程教学质量,提升学生基本职业素养。
“Automobile Production Management”is a highly practical course for automobile manufacturing,and the traditional teaching mode is difficult to fully mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning,which restricts the achievement of the goal of cultivating high-quality industrial talents in this course.On the basis of full investigation and analysis of the learning situation,the core knowledge of the course is combined with teaching and life scenarios,the apprentice teaching mode that simulates the production of enterprises is introduced,and the course teaching mode is reformed by methods such as role-playing and exchange,quality analysis methods and on-site management,and the educational elements such as teamwork spirit are implanted.The course is based on the cultivation of professional quality,and the teaching reform practice with the combination of learning and application as the core greatly improves the teaching quality of the course and improves the basic professional quality of students.
