摘要
在汽车车身制造行业中,电阻点焊是一种高速、经济的连接方式,也是汽车生产中不可缺少的一部分。为提高生产效率及降低生产成本,越来越多机器人出现在各车企的生产线上,其中点焊机器人在汽车制造行业中得到广泛应用,点焊机器人的焊接质量也随之而来,电阻点焊的质量直接会影响到车身的强度降低及安全性能。因此点焊的质量提升需要越来越受到重视,同时对电阻点焊的质量也提出了更高的要求。本文主要探讨点焊机器人焊接产生的常见缺陷焊穿、脱焊、焊点扭曲、裂纹、毛刺、压痕过深、边缘焊点、漏焊、焊点偏差等原因分析及改善方法。
In the automobile body manufacturing industry,resistance spot welding is a high-speed and economical connection method,and it is also an indispensable part of automobile production.In order to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,more and more robots appear on the production lines of various car companies,among which spot welding robots are widely used in the automobile manufacturing industry,and the welding quality of spot welding robots also follows,and the quality of resistance spot welding will directly affect the strength reduction and safety performance of the body.Therefore,the quality improvement of spot welding needs to be paid more and more attention,and at the same time,higher requirements are put forward for the quality of resistance spot welding.This paper mainly discusses the common defects caused by spot welding robot welding,such as weld penetration,desoldering,solder joint distortion,cracks,burrs,deep indentation,edge solder joints,missing soldering,solder joint deviation and other causes and improvement methods.
