乏燃料溶解器传动控制系统的研究设计

摘要 分析乏燃料溶解器传动控制的原理,设计了一套由PLC、伺服驱动器、编码器构成的闭环控制系统。对溶解器运行的速度控制方法进行了比选计算,结合运行要求设计核心控制功能并用ST语言实现了控制程序的技术储备。试验结果表明:系统运行流畅、精度满足要求,运行良好。 The working principle of driving control for the spent nuclear dissolver was analyzed,including designing a closed-loop control system constituted by the PLC,servo driver and the encoder.In addition,having servo control system’s speed control method selected and dissolver’s running requirements considered to design a core control function were implemented,including employing ST language to program control procedures.The test results show that,the system runs smoothly and its precision meets requirements along with a good operation effect.
