摘要
为确保管道组对的精确度,提出基于图像识别的管道组对方法。设计了一种管道自动对中调姿机构,并使用Solidworks软件对其进行了三维建模和运动仿真,以评估其结构设计的合理性。根据整体视觉测量方案,成功搭建了视觉测量系统的硬件平台,并对系统硬件进行了选型。研发了一款基于SQLServer数据库框架的视觉测量和控制软件,它将系统标定、图像采集处理、图像模糊抗噪及位姿解算等多项功能融合为一体,为用户提供了全方位的图像采集处理和控制体验。经过对管道组对平台的测试试验,证明了所提测量方法在精确度方面的优势。
For purpose of ensuring the accuracy of pipeline pairing,a pipeline pairing method based on image recognition was proposed and a pipe auto-alignment and attitude adjustment mechanism were designed,including having Solidworks software employed to implement 3D modeling and motion simulation for them and evaluate the rationality of their structural design.In addition,basing on the overall vision measurement scheme,the hardware platform of visual measurement system was built and the system hardware was selected and a visual measurement and control software based on SQLServer database framework was developed,which integrates system calibration,image acquisition and processing,image anti-noise and pose calculation into one,and provides users with a full range of image acquisition,processing and control experience.Testing the pipeline pairing proves this method’s advantages in measurement accuracy.
