摘要
通过在某仿古建筑斜屋面上安装光伏瓦的工程实例,详细介绍了斜屋面光伏瓦系统的安装技术,通过优化光伏组件支架主次龙骨的固定方式,采用螺栓连接角码固定主次龙骨代替传统的在屋面浇筑预埋U型箍+焊接的固定方式,保证了光伏瓦的施工质量,减少了施工难度,缩短了工期,并对斜屋面光伏瓦安装的施工工艺及操作要点进行了总结,为今后类似工程的施工提供借鉴。
Through an engineering example of installing photovoltaic tiles on a sloping roof of a certain antique building,the installation technology of the photovoltaic tile system on the sloping roof is introduced in detail.By optimizing the fixing method of the main and secondary keels of the photovoltaic module bracket,bolt connection angle codes were used to fix the main and secondary keels instead of the traditional fixing method of pouring and embedding U-shaped hoops and welding on the roof,the construction quality of photovoltaic tiles is ensured,the construction difficulty is reduced,and the construction period is shortened.The construction process and operation points of the installation of photovoltaic tiles on sloping roofs are summarized,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
