随着移动互联网的不断发展和智能移动设备的不断增多,移动视频应用已经成为人们日常生活中的不可缺少的观影工具和娱乐工具。本文以长视频行业格局中的龙头企业——爱奇艺为例,从战略层面、范围层面、节构层面、框架层面、表现层面探讨爱奇艺App的用户体验要素。爱奇艺的App既做到了从物理层面和行为层面出发,把握时代脉络和用户痛点,同时又从以上5个层面出发,设计相应的产品和开发功能来满足用户,从目前来看是取得了一定的成绩。当然,爱奇艺APP在这一过程中也要不断反思,及时做出调整,使用户的各项体验有更高的水准。

With the continuous development of mobile Internet and the increasing number of smart mobile devices,mobile video application has become an indispensable viewing and entertainment tool in people’s daily life.This paper takes iQIYI,a leading company in the landscape of the long-running video industry,as an example,and discusses the elements of user experience of iQIYI’s App from the strategic level,the scope level,the sectional structure level,the framework level,and the per-formance level.The App of iQIYI has achieved both the physical level and behavioral level to grasp the pulse of the times and the pain points of users,and at the same time,it has designed the cor-responding products and developed the functions to satisfy the users from the above five levels,and it has made certain achievements from the current point of view.Of course,iQIYI App should also reflect continuously in this process and make timely adjustments to make the various user experiences have a higher level.
