摘要
本文在进行分析过程中将自我客体化作为中介变量,对生活分享类社交媒体使用对青年群体焦虑心理的影响进行了分析,从实证分析结果上看,生活分享类社交媒体使用会加重青年群体焦虑心理,同时自我客体化也会产生中介作用。在此基础上本文也提出了几点建议与对策。父母和教育工作者应关注青少年使用社交媒体,鼓励适度使用,避免过度依赖。同时,家长和教育工作者应引导青少年正确看待自己在社交媒体上的形象和他人的评价。
In the analysis process,this article uses self objectification as a mediating variable to analyze the impact of the use of life sharing social media on the anxiety psychology of young people.From the empirical analysis results,it can be seen that the use of life sharing social media will exacerbate the anxiety psychology of young people,and self objectification will also have a mediating effect.On this basis,this article also puts forward several suggestions and countermeasures,which can be summarized as parents and educators paying attention to the use of social media by teenagers,encouraging moderate use,and avoiding excessive dependence.At the same time,parents and educators guide teenagers to have a correct view of their image on social media and the evalua-tions of others.
