积极老龄化背景下农村互助养老模式的新探索——基于常州市武进区各乡镇的实地研究

New Exploration of Rural Mutual Aid Pension Mode under the Background of Active Aging-Based on Field Research in Each Township of Wujin District,Changzhou City

我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,将来的养老问题对我们来说是一个不小的挑战。因此,各地进行农村互助养老、文艺+养老、党建+养老等模式实践来应对老龄化问题。文章通过分析现有养老模式的现状及问题,结合团队获取的问卷调查、实地走访结果,在积极老龄化背景下汲取“党建+文艺”助力农村互助养老的成功经验,利用熟人社会,逐步建立社会信用体系,充分利用农村土地、人力等社会资源,真正让老年人实现“老有所为”、“老有所养”,探索出“党建+文艺”助力农村互助养老新模式。

The aging of our country’s population is deepening and the problem in the future is a big challenge for us.Therefore,various localities have carried out rural mutual aid pension,literature and art+pension,party building+pension and other models to deal with the aging problem.The article analyzes the current situation and problems of the existing pension mode,and combines the re-sults of questionnaire survey and field visit obtained by the team,in the context of active aging,we should learn from the successful experience of“party building+literature and art”in helping ru-ral mutual support for the elderly,use the acquaintance society,gradually establish a social credit system,make full use of rural land,human resources and other social resources,and truly enable the elderly to achieve“something to do”and“something to support”,to explore a new model of“party building+literature and art”to help rural mutual support for the elderly.
