基于积极老龄化视角的老年人网络参与研究

Research on Online Participation of the Elderly Based on the Perspective of Positive Aging

伴随着我国老龄化社会程度加深,积极应对人口老龄化被确定为国家战略。随着我国互联网事业的发展和人口老龄化的加剧,老年人网络参与已经是必然趋势。日新月异的网络技术在便利老年群体生活、改变老年群体社会参与方式的同时,也对老年人的网络参与构成了一定挑战。基于积极老龄化视角,分析得出老年人在网络参与过程中存在以下问题:存在“数字鸿沟”,网络参与水平较低;沉迷网络情境,损伤身心健康;轻信网络信息,泄露个人隐私;陷入网络诈骗,造成经济损失。在此基础上,针对问题提出由政府、社会、企业、家庭、老年人自身等多元主体共同参与并形成合力的实践举措,以期更好地促进老年人的网络参与和实现积极老龄化。

With the deepening of China’s aging society,actively responding to population aging has been identified as a national strategy.With the development of China’s internet industry and the inten-sification of population aging,online participation of the elderly has become an inevitable trend.The rapidly changing network technology not only facilitates the lives of the elderly and changes the way they participate in society,but also poses certain challenges to their online participation.Based on the perspective of active aging,it is analyzed that the elderly have the following prob-lems in the process of online participation:there is a“digital divide”and the level of online par-ticipation is relatively low;Indulging in online situations can harm physical and mental health;Confidence in network information and leakage of personal privacy;Falling into online fraud,causing economic losses.On this basis,practical measures are proposed to address the issue,with the participation and joint efforts of multiple entities such as the government,society,enterprises(new media and intelligent product developers),families,and the elderly themselves,in order to better promote the online participation of the elderly and achieve active aging.
