摘要
在积极老龄化已成为社会共识、我国正在推进实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的背景下,老年人再就业作为积极老龄化的重要实践路径,在我国不仅具有重要意义,而且十分具有必要性,促进老年人再就业势在必行。为此,针对老年人再就业意识薄弱、老年就业市场化存在的问题以及老年就业劳动权益保障不完善等困境,需要加强积极老龄化宣传,强化老年人再就业意识;优化老年职业培训和就业激励制度,提高老年人再就业能力和雇主雇佣意愿;完善就业权益保障制度,为老年人再就业提供保障。
Under the background that positive aging has become a social consensus and China is promoting the implementation of the national strategy of actively coping with population aging,re-employ-ment of the elderly is an important practice path of positive aging,and not only has an important significance in our country,but also has a necessity to promote the elderly reemployment impera-tive.Therefore,in view of the weak consciousness of the elderly reemployment,the existing prob-lems of the elderly employment market and the plight of the elderly employment labor rights and interests protection is imperfect,it is necessary to strengthen the positive aging propaganda,strengthen the elderly reemployment awareness;Optimize the vocational training and employ-ment incentive system for the elderly,improve the re-employment ability of the elderly and em-ployers’willingness to hire;And improve the employment rights and interests protection system to provide protection for the re-employment of the elderly.
