在当今社会迅猛发展和人口结构老龄化不断加深的大背景下,我国老年人口的养老需求正经历着爆炸式增长。传统的养老方式在面对这一挑战时显得力不从心,因为它们往往难以满足老年人日益多元化的需求。在这样的背景下,“旅居养老”这一新兴的养老模式应运而生,并因其独特的魅力和适应性而深受老年群体的青睐。这一模式不仅为老年人提供了更为丰富、灵活的养老选择,也预示着养老产业未来发展的巨大潜力和广阔空间。乡村振兴战略的实施,为旅居养老模式的发展提供了广阔的空间和机遇。本文旨在探讨乡村振兴背景下旅居养老模式的内涵、发展现状、挑战及发展策略,以期为更多的旅游型乡村提供借鉴与帮助。

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of today’s society and the deepening ageing of its demographic structure,the elderly population of China is experiencing explosive growth in its needs for old-age care.Traditional ways of caring for the elderly are inadequate in the face of this challenge,as they are often unable to meet the increasingly diversified needs of the elderly.Against this backdrop,the emerging senior living model of“travelling residence retirement”has emerged,and is favoured by the elderly due to its unique charm and adaptability.This model not only pro-vides the elderly with richer and more flexible retirement choices,but also signals the huge po-tential and broad space for the future development of the elderly industry.The implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy provides a broad space and opportunity for the development of the hostel model.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the connotation,development status,challenges and development strategies of the hostel pension model in the context of rural revita-lisation,with a view to providing reference and help for more tourist-type villages.
