非小细胞肺癌患者FIB、D-D水平与临床特征的相关性

摘要 目的探究非小细胞肺癌患者的纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)与其临床特征的相关性。方法前瞻性研究。抽取2021年6月至2023年3月南阳南石医院收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,入院时检测患者的FIB、D-D水平,比较不同临床特征的非小细胞肺癌患者的FIB、D-D水平,并采用点二列相关性分析非小细胞肺癌患者的FIB、D-D水平与临床特征的关系。结果本组80例非小细胞肺癌患者的FIB水平为(5.60±0.85)g/L,D-D水平为(0.87±0.22)mg/L。不同病理类型、临床病理分期及远处转移的非小细胞肺癌患者的FIB水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同临床特征患者的FIB水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同临床病理分期、吸烟史及远处转移的非小细胞肺癌患者D-D水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同临床特征患者的D-D水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过点二列相关性分析结果显示,非小细胞肺癌患者FIB水平与病理类型、临床病理分期和远处转移呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);非小细胞肺癌患者D-D水平与其临床病理分期、吸烟史和远处转移呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的FIB、D-D水平处于高水平,其中FIB水平与其病理类型、临床病理分期和远处转移相关,D-D水平与其临床病理分期、吸烟史和远处转移相关。 Objective To investigate the correlation of levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)with clinical characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Prospective study was adopted in this trail.A total of 80 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The levels of FIB and D-D were tested at admission.The levels of FIB and D-D in non-small cell lung cancer patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.The correlations of levels of FIB and D-D with clinical characteristics in non-small cell lung cancer patients were analyzed using point-biserial correlation analysis.Results The FIB level and D-D level of the 80 non-small cell lung cancer patients were(5.60±0.85)g/L and(0.87±0.22)mg/L,respectively.There was a statistical significant difference in FIB level among non-small cell lung cancer patients with different pathological types,among patients with different clinical pathological stages,and among patients with different states of distant metastasis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FIB levels among patients with other different clinical and pathological characteristics(P>0.05).There was a statistical significant difference in D-D levels among non-small cell lung cancer patients with different clinical pathological stages,smoking history,and distant metastasis(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in D-D level among patients with other different clinical characteristics(P>0.05).The results of point-biserial correlation analysis showed that the FIB level in non-small cell lung cancer patients was positively correlated with pathological type,clinical pathological stage and distant metastasis(r>0,P<0.05).The D-D level in non-small cell lung cancer patients was positively correlated with clinical pathological stage,smoking history and distant metastasis(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions The FIB and D-D have high expression levels in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.In addition,FIB level is correlated to pathological type,clinical pathological stage,and distant metastasis;while D-D level is related to clinical pathological stage,smoking history and distant metastasis.
