154T电动轮自卸车传动系统仿真研究

摘要 针对154T电动轮自卸车传动系统研发周期长、成本高、风险大等问题,提出基于Matlab/Simulink软件构建154T电动轮自卸车电传动恒功控制仿真系统,以矿用自卸车的实际运行工况作为仿真参数输入,对电动轮自卸车的柴电系统与电传动系统整机进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明,本研究所构建的系统能够获得整机状态运行数据,为电动轮自卸车电传动系统控制算法改进、电机参数优化提供依据,缩短研发周期,降低研发成本及风险。 Aiming at the problems of long research and development cycle,high cost and high risk of 154T electric wheel dump truck transmission system,a simulation system of electric transmission constant power control of 154T electric wheel dump truck based on Matlab/Simulink software is proposed.The actual operating condition of mining dump truck is referred to as the input of simulation parameters,and co-simulation of the diesel-electric system and the electric drive system of the electric wheel dump truck.The simulation result shows that the operation data of the electric wheel dump truck status,which provides theoretical support for improving the control algorithm of the electric transmission system of the electric wheel dump truck teletype system and the optimization of the motor parameters,as well as reduces the period,costs and risk of the research and development.
