盾构渣土作为护壁泥浆最大化再利用研究

摘要 为实现盾构渣土最大化再利用,文中依托苏州盾构隧道工程,设计了24组不同配比的护壁泥浆试验,基于最小二乘法原理,建立了泥浆性能与原材料配比函数关系,结合规范得到了护壁泥浆渣土含量最大的配比方案。研究表明原材料与护壁泥浆各项指标正负相关性及相关程度,最优配比为渣土:水:膨润土=0.36:0.51:0.125。研究为苏州地区的粉质渣土作为护壁泥浆再利用提供理论依据。 Basing on a shield tunnel project in Suzhou,24 groups of slurry tests with different ratio are designed to investigate the way for maximum reuse of shield slags and soil.The relationship between mud performance and raw material proportioning function is established,and the proportioning scheme with maximum content of mud and slag soil for retaining wall is obtained according to the specification.Considering the correlation between raw materials and the indexes of retaining wall mud,the optimal ratio of slag,water,and bentonite is 0.36:0.51:0.125.The study may provide a theoretical basis for the reutilization of the silty clay as retaining mud in Suzhou area.
