摘要
医学检验本科实习是理论知识与临床实践的大融合,是学生迈向职业生涯的开端。临床生化作为一门交叉学科,其内容繁多,涉及疾病谱广,历来是本科学习中的难点。近年来,随着临床生化的自动化程度越来越高,各种新型检测技术不断运用到临床检测工作中,而学生的理论知识储备和更新不足,导致学生只能从事简单的标本前处理工作。为了摆脱这个教学困境,检验科把以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合文献报告会(journal club)融入临床实践中,以周为单位,把临床生化的重要知识要点先融入文献报告会,让学生既能复习到教材原有的知识要点,又能学习该领域的当前热点。然后通过PBL案例讨论把学习到的知识要点转化为临床实践能力,激发学生自主学习能力,形成一个良性的闭环学习模式。
The undergraduate internship in clinical laboratory is a great integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice,and it is the beginning of medical students'career.Clinical biochemistry is an interdisciplinary subject of multi-omics and multi-technology.Because of its wide range of contents and wide spectrum of diseases,it has always been a difficult point in undergraduate study.In recent years,the degree of automation of clinical biochemistry has become higher and higher,and numerous new detection technologies have been employed to detection work,however,students'theoretical knowledge reserve and update are insufficient,resulting in students can only engage in simple preparation of specimens.In order to get rid of this teaching dilemma,combination of PBL teaching method with journal club has been introduced into clinical practice.Taking a week as a unit,the important knowledge points of clinical biochemistry are first integrated into the journal club,so that students can review the original knowledge of the textbook key points,but also to learn the current hot spots in the field.Then through the PBL case discussion,the learned knowledge points are transformed into clinical practice ability,which intensifies students’autonomous learning ability and forms a benign closed-loop learning mode.
