国家亲权视角下《家庭教育促进法》的实施策略

The Implementation Strategy of the Family Education Promotion Law from the Perspective of State Parental Authority

摘要 在《家庭教育促进法》实施后,家庭教育由“家事”转为“国事”。国家公权力介入家庭教育有其必要性与合理性,但国家权力介入家庭教育时,需要遵循补充性、尊重家长权利原则,明确边界与干预原则以保障未成年人权益。国家应为家长提供教育支持和服务,包括教育指导和心理咨询,共同营造健康和谐的家庭教育环境,推动社会全面发展。 After the implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law,family education has changed from a“family affair”to a“state affair”.It is necessary and reasonable for the state to intervene in family education,but when the state power intervenes in family education,it is necessary to fol-low the principles of complementarity and respect for parental rights,and clarify the boundaries and the principle of intervention to protect the rights and interests of minors.The State shall pro-vide parents with educational support and services,including educational guidance and psycho-logical counseling,to jointly create a healthy and harmonious family education environment and promote the all-round development of society.
