With the rapid development of Internet technology,personal information disclosure has become a topic of concern.How to strike a balance between convenience and privacy protection for daily life content such as“scanning QR codes to order meals”has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in front of us.This article takes the common practice of“scanning QR codes to order meals”in daily life as an example to explore the current legal framework for personal information protection in China.Suggestions are proposed to address the personal information protection issues related to“scanning QR codes to order meals”,aiming to standardize relevant laws on personal information protection,improve transparency and rationality,improve regulatory mechanisms,and establish sound relief channels to protect the personal information security of users and promote the healthy development of personal information protection in China.
