在新时代背景下,随着互联网的不断发展,网络舆情日益复杂多样,给意识形态安全带来了前所未有的挑战,网络舆情治理法治化具有理论正当性和现实必要性。当前,意识形态建设中网络舆情治理面临法治体系不健全、执法力度不够、司法保护不足等法治困境,应通过健全法律法规体系、加强执法与监管力度、强化司法应对能力等关键措施,以推动网络舆情治理法治化的进程,确保网络空间的秩序和稳定。

In the context of the new era,with the continuous development of the Internet,online public opinion has become increasingly complex and diverse,which has brought unprecedented challenges to ideological security,and the rule of law in the governance of online public opinion has theoretical legitimacy and practical necessity.At present,the governance of online public opinion in ideological construction is faced with the dilemma of the rule of law such as an imperfect rule of law system,insufficient law enforcement,and insufficient judicial protection,and key measures such as improving the legal and regulatory system,strengthening law enforcement and supervision,and strengthening judicial response capabilities should be adopted to promote the process of legalization of online public opinion governance and ensure the order and stability of cyberspace.
