Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of Cyber Violence

网络暴力是多元社会主体以隐匿的方式在网络上通过文字和语言对陌生且毫无关联的事件及人物施加评论与舆论压力,从而产生语言暴力的行为,进入大数据时代后便迅猛发展为一个不容小觑、值得高度关注的新型网络伦理问题。本文在分析网络暴力出现的原因及治理困境的基础上提出构建国家、法律、社会、平台多元治理网络暴力的制度体系。

Online violence is a new type of ethical issue that cannot be underestimated and deserves high attention in the era of big data,where a diverse group of individuals anonymously use language and public opinion to engage in violence against unrelated strangers and events in cyberspace.On the basis of analyzing the causes and governance difficulties of cyber violence,this article proposes the construction of a diversified institutional system for the governance of cyber violence by the state,law,society,and platforms.
