产后康复治疗仪联合盆底肌康复训练对产后盆底功能康复效果的影响

Effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation

目的探究产后康复治疗仪联合盆底肌康复训练对产后盆底功能康复效果的影响。方法选取250例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组125例。对照组进行常规盆底肌训练,研究组采用产后康复治疗仪联合盆底肌康复训练。比较两组患者的康复效果。结果干预后,研究组盆底收缩、静息压力均高于对照组,盆底肌肌力优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产后并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的29.60%(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为80.00%,高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。结论产后康复治疗仪联合盆底肌康复训练能有效提高产后盆底功能障碍患者的康复效果,促进盆底功能恢复,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation.Methods 250 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 125 cases in each group.The control group received routine pelvic floor muscle training,and the study group received postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the pelvic floor contraction and resting pressure in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle strength was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was 8.00%,which was lower than 29.60% in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 80.00%,which was higher than 68.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
