生物反馈电刺激联合运动疗法对产后不同时期女性盆腔器官脱垂恢复的影响

Effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with exercise therapy on the recovery of pelvic organ prolapse in women at different stages of postpartum delivery

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合运动疗法对产后不同时期女性盆腔器官脱垂恢复的影响。方法回顾性选取40例轻度盆腔器官脱垂产妇,根据治疗开始时间分为早期组(20例,产后42 d至6个月内)及晚期组(20例,产后6个月及以上)。两组均采用生物反馈电刺激联合运动疗法治疗。对比两组患者的盆底功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,早期组总肌电值、Ⅰ类肌纤维电值分别为(10.55±3.14)μV、(6.80±2.05)μV,均高于晚期组的(8.54±2.61)μV、(5.10±2.08)μV(P<0.05)。治疗后,早期组肛提肌裂口面积、膀胱颈位置、膀胱后角、膀胱颈移动度均优于治疗前,且早期组膀胱颈位置、膀胱颈移动度改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后早期应用生物反馈电刺激及运动疗法可有效改善产妇盆底器官脱垂程度,增强盆底肌功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with exercise therapy on the recovery of pelvic organ prolapse in women at different stages of postpartum delivery.Methods 40 women with mild pelvic organ prolapse were retrospectively selected and were divided into the early group(20 cases,42 d to 6 months postpartum)and the late group(20 cases,6 months postpartum)according to the start time of treatment,Both groups were treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with exercise therapy.The function recovery of pelvic floor was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total myoelectric value and Class Ⅰ myoelectric value of the early group were(10.55±3.14)μV and(6.80±2.05)μV,respectively,which were higher than(8.54±2.61)μV and(5.10±2.08)μV of the late group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hiatus area,bladder neck position,bladder back Angle and bladder neck movement of the early group were better than those before treatment,and the improvement of bladder neck position and bladder neck movement of the early group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early postpartum application of biofeedback electrical stimulation and exercise therapy can effectively improve the degree of pelvic floor organ prolapse and enhance the pelvic floor muscle function.
