血清CA125、CEA、SCC诊断宫颈癌的价值研究

The value of serum CA125,CEA and SCC in the diagnosis of cervical cancer

目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC)诊断宫颈癌的价值。方法选择宫颈癌患者62例为研究组,并选择同期健康人员62名为对照组,分别进行血清CA125、CEA、SCC检测。比较两组人员各指标水平,并分析联合检测的诊断效能。结果研究组CA125、CEA、SCC水平分别为(46.87±4.38)kU/L、(10.84±1.06)μg/L、(4.34±1.03)μg/L,均高于对照组的(12.84±1.48)kU/L、(1.37±0.22)μg/L、(0.61±0.12)μg/L(P<0.05)。各指标联合检测诊断准确性、敏感性均高于CA125、CEA、SCC单独检测(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者血清CA125、CEA、SCC水平均有显著升高,对这三项指标进行联合检测有助于宫颈癌诊断效能的提高。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)in cervical cancer.Methods 62 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the study group,and 62 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum CA125,CEA and SCC were detected respectively.The levels of each index of the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic effciency of the combined detection was analyzed.Results The levels of CA125,CEA and SCC in the study group were(46.87±4.38)kU/L,(10.84±1.06)μg/L and(4.34±1.03)μg/L,respectively,which were higher than(12.84±1.48)kU/L,(1.37±0.22)μg/L,(0.61±0.12)μg/L in the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection were higher than those of CA125,CEA and SCC alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CA125,CEA and SCC in patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased,and the combined detection of these three indexes is helpful to improve the diagnostic efficiency of cervical cancer.
