全程关护护理模式对宫颈癌根治术后患者病耻感及自我效能感的影响

Effect of whole-process care nursing mode on stigma and self-efficacy of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery

目的探讨宫颈癌根治术后患者采用全程关护护理模式的效果。方法选择于本院行宫颈癌根治术的患者66例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为各33例的对照组(常规护理)与观察组(对照组基础上联合全程关护护理模式)。对比两组患者的病耻感、自我效能感与护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组社会影响量表中各维度评分均低于对照组,自我管理效能感量表中各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.97%,高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术后患者采用全程关护护理模式,能减轻病耻感,提高自我效能感与护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of whole-process care nursing mode in patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery.Methods 66 patients who underwent radical cervical cancer surgery in our hospital were selected for the study.Randomized into 33 cases each in the control group(conventional care)and the observation group(control group based on the combined total care nursing model),.The stigma,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing care,the scores of each dimension in the social influence scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions in the self-management efficacy scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction with nursing care was 96.97% in the observation group,which was higher than 75.76% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process care nursing mode can reduce stigma,improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
