手术室积极保暖护理干预对剖宫产产妇低体温发生率及切口感染率的影响

Effect of active warm nursing intervention in operating room on the incidences of hypothermia and incision infection of parturient in cesarean section

目的探究手术室积极保暖护理干预对剖宫产产妇低体温发生率及切口感染率的影响。方法选择剖宫产产妇172例为研究对象,按照单双数分组方式分为对照组(n=86)及观察组(n=86)。对照组采用手术室常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用手术室积极保暖护理干预。对比两组产妇低体温发生率、感染发生率及满意度。结果观察组低体温发生率为4.65%,显著低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。观察组切口感染率为3.49%,明显低于对照组的16.28%(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为97.67%,显著高于对照组的87.21%(P<0.05)。结论手术室积极保暖护理干预可明显降低剖宫产产妇低体温及切口感染的发生率,从而确保手术安全性,提高产妇的护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of active warm nursing intervention in operating room on the incidences of hypothermia and incision infection of parturients in cesarean section.Methods 172 cases of parturients with cesarean section were selected as the study objects and were divided into the control group(n=86)and the observation group(n=86).The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group received active warm nursing intervention in the operating room on this basis.The hypothermia rate,infection rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60% in the control group(P<0.05).The incision infection rate in the observation group was 3.49%,which was significantly lower than 16.28% in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 87.21%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Active warm nursing intervention in the operating room can significantly reduce the incidences of hypothermia and incision infection,so as to ensure the safety of the operation and improve the nursing satisfaction of the parturient,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
