集束化护理预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of cluster nursing on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section

目的探讨集束化护理预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取286例剖宫产产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各143例。对照组围手术期采取常规护理,观察组采取集束化护理干预。比较两组知识掌握、满意度评分以及配合护理、下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果观察组产妇相关知识掌握、护理满意度评分以及配合护理发生率均高于对照组,下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中,可有效提高下肢深静脉血栓相关知识掌握程度及护理配合度,降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after cesarean section.Methods 286 cases of cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,143 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received cluster nursing intervention,The two groups were compared in terms of knowledge mastery,satisfaction score,nursing care and deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Results The incidence of maternal knowledge,nursing satisfaction score and cooperative nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limb was lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively improve the knowledge of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and nursing cooperation,reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
