摘要
针对内蒙古黄陶勒盖煤炭有限公司甲醇精馏装置不凝气排放系统排放的不凝气浓度高、现场异味大问题进行分析论证,通过优化改造实施后,不凝气排放浓度降低了80%,减少了生产现场存在异味,提高了甲醇回收率。
An analysis and demonstration were conducted on the high concentration of non condensable gas emitted from the non condensable gas emission system of the methanol distillation plant of Inner Mongolia Huangtaolegai Coal Co.,Ltd.,as well as the problem of strong odor on site.Through the optimization of the transformation,the non-condensable gas emission concentration reduced by 80%after implementation,reducing the production odor on site,improveing the recovery rate of methanol.
