浅析鲁奇气化炉带粉原因及优化措施

摘要 鲁奇碎煤加压气化技术为自热式、逆流接触、连续气化、固态排渣工艺过程,因其技术成熟、煤种适用性广、生产能力大被广泛使用,是目前世界上建厂数量较多的煤气化技术。由于其粗煤气中CH_(4)含量高达12%~14%,同时副产重芳烃、多元烃、轻烃、混合酚等,投资较低,合成甲烷的综合成本较低,所以目前我国已投产运行的煤制天然气企业大多采用该气化工艺。但是在实际运行操作过程中,因原料煤煤质变化,气化炉负荷及运行工况波动等因素,导致气化炉带粉问题时有发生。本文从原料煤煤质、输煤系统缺陷、气化炉运行工况等方面出发,分析了伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司气化炉带粉原因,探讨如何有效减少气化炉带粉以及带粉对相关系统的影响。 Lurgi pressure gasification processis is an self-heating,counter-current contact,continuous gasification,solid state slagging process.Due to its mature technology,wide applicability of coal types and large production capacity,it is widely used and is currently the coal gasification technology with a large number of plants built in the world.Because the CH_(4) content in the crude gas is as high as 12%to 14%,and the by-production of heavy aromatics,polyhydrocarbons,light hydrocarbons,mixed phenols,etc.,the investment is low,and the comprehensive cost of synthesized methane is relatively low,so at present,coal to natural gas enterprises have been put into operation in China have usually adopted this gasification process.However,in the actual operation process,due to the change of feedstock coal quality,gasifier load and operating conditions fluctuations and other factors,resulting in the gasifier with powder problems occur from time to time.This paper analyzes the causes for powder in the gasifier of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.and discussed how to effectively reduce the gasifier with powder and the impact of the powder on the related system.
