空分润滑油站烟气排放系统改造

Modification of flue gas emission system of air separation lubrication oil station

摘要 内蒙古黄陶勒益煤炭有限公司空分润滑油系统自运行以来一直存在油温高、油箱油烟排放大、设备漏油等问题,通过降低润滑油温度,增加负压监控,采用新型过滤→聚结→分离的三级过滤技术代替原有玻璃纤维两级过滤等措施,改造后润滑油站负压由-0.4kPa降低至-1kPa,减少了生产消耗,提高了抽油烟的气量,降低了烟气排放的浓度。 The air separation lubricating oil system of Inner Mongolia Huangtaolegai Coal Co.,Ltd.has been facing problems such as high oil temperature,enlarged oil fume exhaust in the tank,and equipment oil leakage since its operation.By reducing the lubricating oil temperature,adding negative pressure monitoring,and adopting a new three-stage filtration technology of filtration,aggregation,and separation instead of the original glass fiber two-stage filtration,the negative pressure of the lubricating oil station has been reduced from-0.4kPa to-1kPa,reducing production consumption,increasing the amount of oil fume,and reducing the concentration of smoke emissions.
