高管绿色认知、绿色创新绩效与企业ESG表现

摘要 在“双碳”目标背景下,高管绿色认知能够推动企业积极履行ESG责任。以2010—2022年A股上市公司为研究样本,深入考察高管绿色认知与企业ESG表现的关系。研究发现:高管绿色认知对企业ESG表现具有正向影响,绿色创新绩效在高管绿色认知对企业ESG表现的影响中起中介作用。进一步分析发现,东、中部地区企业,高股权激励企业,以及媒体关注度较低的企业,高管绿色认知对企业ESG表现的影响更大。基于以上结论,提出如下建议:政府应完善相关法律法规,采取适当的奖惩措施鼓励投资者关注ESG评级,推动企业ESG发展;企业应加强对ESG的重视,利用高管绿色认知进行绿色创新,提高企业ESG表现。 In the context of the“dual carbon”goals,executives green cognition may encourage enterprises to actively fulfill their ESG commitments.Taking A-share listed companies from 2010—2022 as research samples,the association between executives green cognition and enterprise ESG performance is investigated.The research discovers that executives green cognition has a favorable impact on enterprise ESG performance and that green innovation performance plays a mediating role in the impact of executives green cognition on enterprise ESG performance.Further analysis finds that for enterprises in the eastern and central regions,those with high equity incentives,and with minimal media attention,executives green cognition has a greater promoting effect on enterprise ESG performance.Based on the preceding conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:The government should improve relevant laws and regulations,implement appropriate reward and punishment measures and encourage investors to pay attention to ESG ratings so to promote the development of ESG in enterprises;enterprises should increase their attention to ESG and use executives green cognition to carry out green innovations to improve enterprise ESG performance.
