椎动脉型颈椎病是由于颈椎蜕变导致的椎动脉受压或刺激,从而引起椎动脉供血不足,在临床上表现为头晕、头痛、视力模糊等症状,给患者的生活带来了很大的不便。近年来,我国椎动脉型颈椎病发病率明显升高,针灸治疗该病具有独特优势,通过检索临床研究文献,了解中医学对椎动脉型颈椎病病因病机的认识,为临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。

Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is caused by compression or stimulation of the vertebral artery due to cervical degeneration,resulting in insufficient blood supply to the vertebral artery.In clinical practice,it presents with symptoms such as dizziness,headache,and blurred vision,which brings great inconvenience to patients'lives.In recent years,the incidence rate of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has significantly increased in China,and acupuncture and moxibustion has unique advantages in treating this disease.Through searching clinical research literature,we can understand the understanding of TCM on the etiology and pathogenesis of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and provide reference for clinical treatment.
