透光旋切系统(TriVex)联合腔内激光在下肢静脉曲张临床治疗中的应用价值

Application value of translucency rotatory system(TriVex)combined with intracavitary laser in the clinical treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities

目的探究透光旋切系统(TriVex)联合腔内激光在下肢静脉曲张临床治疗中的应用价值。方法采用随机数字表法将湘南学院附属医院自2022年6月-2023年6月收治的60例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用腔内激光进行治疗,观察组采用腔内激光联合TriVex透光旋切术进行治疗,比较两组手术情况、静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)评分、慢性静脉功能不全问卷评分(CIVIQ)评分、并发症及手术满意度。结果观察组手术切口数量低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VCSS评分下降、CIVIQ评分上升,观察组VCSS评分低于对照组,CIVIQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后未见色素沉着、皮肤溃疡等严重并发症,但均有皮下瘀斑及局部肿胀,术后6周时上述症状均消失。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用TriVex透光旋切术联合腔内激光治疗下肢静脉,能有效改善患者临床症状、生活质量,提高患者手术满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical value of light rotation system(TriVex)combined with intracavitary laser in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods 60 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with intracavitary laser,and the observation group was treated with intracavitary laser combined with TriVex minimally invasive rotary surgery.The surgical status,clinical venous severity score(VCSS),Chronic venous insufficiency Questionnaire(CIVIQ)score,complications and surgical satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The number of surgical incisions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VCSS score decreased and CIVIQ score increased in both groups,VCSS score in observation group was lower than that in control group,CIVIQ score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).No serious complications such as pigmentation and skin ulcers were found in the two groups after surgery,but subcutaneous ecchymosis and local swelling were found in both groups.The above symptoms disappeared 6 weeks after surgery.The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TriVex minimally invasive gyrotomy combined with intracavitary laser can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life and surgical satisfaction of patients.
