宫腔镜分别联合曼月乐环和地屈孕酮对异常子宫出血患者预后的影响

The effect of hysteroscopy combined with mirena and dydrogesterone on the prognosis of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding

目的研究宫腔镜分别联合曼月乐环和地屈孕酮对异常子宫出血患者预后的影响。方法于2021年9月-2023年9月选取临朐县海浮山医院妇产科异常子宫出血患者135例,随机分为对照组(n=67)与观察组(n=68),对照组行宫腔镜联合地屈孕酮治疗,观察组行宫腔镜联合曼月乐环治疗,观察两组治疗效果、性激素水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的83.58%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LH、FSH、E_(2)水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组头晕、恶心、阴道出血、乳房胀痛等不良反应发生率为2.99%,低于对照组的17.65%(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合曼月乐环治疗异常子宫出血,相对于联合地屈孕酮,治疗效果更佳,患者性激素水平降低,不良反应改善,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy combined with mirena and dydrogesterone on the prognosis of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Method From September 2021 to September 2023,135 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Haifushan Hospital in Linqu County were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=67)and an observation group(n=68).The control group received hysteroscopy combined with dydrogesterone,while the observation group received hysteroscopy combined with mirena.The treatment effects,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than the control group's 83.58%(P<0.05);after treatment,LH,FSH,and E_(2)levels decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea,vaginal bleeding,and breast tenderness in the observation group was 2.99%,which was lower than the control group's 17.65%(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with mirena for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding has a better therapeutic effect compared to the combination of dydrogesterone.The patient's sex hormone levels are reduced,adverse reactions are improved,and the clinical effect is significant.
