耳穴贴压法辅助干预肾性贫血患者营养不良的效果分析探究

Analysis and exploration of the effect of ear point sticking and pressing method as an auxiliary intervention for malnutrition in patients with renal anemia

目的探究耳穴贴压法辅助干预对肾性贫血患者营养不良的影响。方法招募南昌大学第一附属医院2022年6月-2023年6月收治的60例存在营养不良的肾性贫血患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上结合耳穴贴压法辅助干预,两组均干预4周。比较干预前、干预4周后两组患者营养相关生化指标、营养状态、人体维度指标及干预期间不良反应。结果干预4周后,观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、血白蛋白(Alb)、铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)、叶酸(FA)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、维生素B_(12)(VitB_(12))、主观综合营养评分(SGA)、上臂围(MAC)、上臂肌围(MAMC)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)明显高于对照组(P<0.05),营养不良-炎症反应评分(MIS)、总铁结合力(TIBC)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论耳穴贴压法辅助干预可明显提高肾性贫血患者营养相关生化指标水平,改善营养不良状态,且未增加医疗风险。

Objective To explore the effect of ear point sticking and pressing method as an auxiliary intervention on malnutrition in patients with renal anemia.Method Sixty patients with malnutrition with renal anemia admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were recruited and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method.Each group had 30 cases,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group received auxiliary intervention with ear point pressing method on the basis of the control group,and both groups received intervention for 4 weeks.Compare the nutritional related biochemical indicators,nutritional status,human dimension indicators,and adverse reactions during the intervention period between the two groups of patients before and after 4 weeks of intervention.Result After 4 weeks of intervention,the hemoglobin(Hb),blood albumin(Alb),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),folic acid(FA),transferrin saturation(TSAT),vitamin B_(12)(VitB_(12)),subjective comprehensive nutritional score(SGA),upper arm circumference(MAC),upper arm muscle circumference(MAMC),triceps skinfold thickness(TSF)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the malnutrition inflammation response score(MIS),the total iron binding capacity(TIBC)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred during the intervention period in both groups.Conclusion The auxiliary intervention of ear acupoint pressing method can significantly improve the levels of nutritional related biochemical indicators in patients with renal anemia,improve malnutrition status,and do not increase medical risk.
