头皮针留针时结合作业疗法对脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of combining occupational therapy with scalp needle retention on upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke

目的探析头皮针留针时结合作业疗法对脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的疗效研究。方法择取2022年11月-2023年9月新余钢铁集团有限公司中心医院收治的脑卒中患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组和C组,每组各30例;A组给予常规药物治疗及康复治疗;B组于A组基础上先后进行头皮针及作业治疗;C组于A组基础上同时进行头皮针及作业治疗;比较三组临床疗效、上肢运动功能[简化版Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分]以及改良Barthel指数。结果C组总有效率较A组、B组高;经2个月治疗,三组上肢运动功能评分均明显提高,且C组变化更明显(P<0.05);经2个月治疗,三组改良BI指数高于治疗前,且C组变化更明显。结论头皮针留针时结合作业疗法对脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍患者疗效显著,可改善患者上肢运动功能,提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective To explore the efficacy study of combining occupational therapy with scalp needle retention on upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods 90 cases of stroke patients admitted to the hospital from November 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C by randomized numerical method,with 30 cases in each group;group A was given conventional medication and rehabilitation therapy;group B was successively treated with scalp acupuncture and occupational therapy on the basis of group A;and group C was treated with scalp acupuncture and occupational therapy at the same time on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy and upper limb motor function of the three groups were compared.The clinical efficacy,upper limb motor function[simplified Fugl-Meyer(FMA)]and modified Barthel index were compared among the three groups.Results The effective rate of group C was higher than that of groups A and B.After 2 months of treatment,the upper limb motor function scores of the three groups were significantly improved,and the changes were more obvious in group C(P<0.05);after 2 months of treatment,the improved BI index of the three groups was higher than that before treatment,and the change was more obvious in group C.Conclusion The efficacy of scalp needle combined with occupational therapy for patients with upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke is remarkable,which can improve the patients'upper limb motor function and daily life activities.
