針灸治療神經根型頸椎病的臨床進展

Clinical Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

神經根型頸椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的發病率較高,發病人群廣泛,並且有年輕化的趨勢,臨床對於該病的治療具有重要意義。中醫外治法治療作為保守治療的重要組成部份,主要包括針刺、艾灸、針刺加艾灸、推拿以及火針、小針刀等特色方法。尤其是針灸治療,臨床廣泛應用,且療效肯定。現就近10年内的針灸治療CSR方面的臨床報導綜述之。

The incidence rate of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)is relatively high,with a wide range of patients and a tendency to become younger,which makes the clinical treatment of this disease of great importance.As an important part of conservative treatment,the external therapeutic methods of Chinese medicine mainly include acupuncture,moxibustion,acupuncture plus moxibustion,tuina and other special methods such as fire needle and acupotomy.Acupuncture and moxibustion in particular are widely used in clinical practice and have proven efficacy.The clinical reports on acupuncture and moxibustion for CSR in the last 10 years are summarised here.
