3D打印技术在脊柱外科手术中应用的可视化文献计量学分析

摘要 目的:应用文献计量学方法分析3D打印技术在脊柱外科手术中应用研究领域的热点、趋势,探讨3D打印技术推动脊柱外科手术发展的潜在价值。方法:以“3D打印技术在脊柱外科手术中应用”为主题检索Web of Science、Pubmed和Ovid这3个数据库从建库至2024年3月收录的全部文献,并对文献进行去重和筛选。基于文献计量学方法提取筛选后全部原始文献的第一作者姓名、国籍、研究机构、期刊名称、总被引频次和关键词,并进行进一步的统计分析。同时还对该领域内4个子主题和总被引频次最高的10篇文献进行分析。结果:截至2024年3月,共检索到3D打印技术在脊柱外科手术中应用研究领域的有效原始文献340篇。2013年以来,全球范围内3D打印技术在脊柱外科手术中应用研究领域的发文量呈逐年增多态势。该领域发文量最高的国家是中国(150/340),同时中国学者发表的文献篇均引用频次为9.44次,为全球最高;World Neurosurgery是该领域发文量最高的期刊(34/340);该领域最受关注的研究方向是利用3D打印技术提高螺钉定位的准确性。结论:近年来,3D打印技术在脊柱外科手术中的应用研究呈高速增长态势,其中最受关注的主题是手术置入物。 Objective:To analyze the hot topics and trends in the application of 3D printing in spinal surgery using application methods,and to explore the potential value of 3D printing technology in promoting the development of spinal surgery.Methods:The Web of Science,PubMed,and Ovid databases were searched for literature on the application of 3D printing in spinal surgery from the establishment of the databases until March 2024.Duplicate and irrelevant records were removed and screened.Based on the bibliometric methods,the authors' names,nationalities,affiliations,journal names,citation counts,and keywords of all data were extracted and screened,and further statistical analyses were performed.Additionally,four subtopics within the field and the ten mostcited literature were discussed in special topics.Results:A total of 340 relevant original articles on the topic of "application of 3D printing in spinal surgery" were retrieved.Since 2013,the number of publications on this topic has increased annually globally.Among them,World Neurosurgery is the journal with the highest number of publications in this field(34/340).The most prominent research focus in this field is the use of 3D printing to improve the accuracy of screw positioning.China is the leading country in terms of the number of publications(150/340),and Chinese scholars have the highest average number of citations per article at 9.44.Conclusions:In recent years,research on the application of 3D printing in spinal surgery has experienced rapid growth.The most widely studied topic within this field is surgical implants.Additionally,there has been a significant increase in publications focusing on the use of 3D printing technology for intraoperative guide templates and medical education.
