职业本科院校推进1+X证书制度的改革成效和优化策略研究——以建筑信息模型职业技能等级证书为例

Research on Reform Effect and Optimization Strategy of Promoting 1+X Certificate System in Vocational Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Vocational Skill Level Certificate of Building Information Model

自2019年国家启动1+X证书制度试点工作以来,职业院校成为试点的关键场所。文章通过对职业本科院校质量年度报告的分析,提炼建筑信息模型职业技能等级证书的改革成效。同时,参照国家政策相关文件,提出职业本科院校应推进国家学分银行建设、建立健全投入机制、“政、培、校”协同管理的优化策略,为院校建筑信息模型证书的发展提供参考方向。

Since the country launched the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system in 2019,vocational colleges have become the key places for the pilot.Based on the analysis of the annual report on the quality of vocational college,this paper refines the reform effect of vocational skill level certificate of building information model.At the same time,referring to the relevant documents of national policies,it is proposed that vocational undergraduate colleges should promote the construction of national credit bank,establish and improve the investment mechanism,and optimize the management of "government,training and school",so as to provide reference direction for the development of building information model certificate in colleges.
