摘要
黄精作为我国珍贵的药食同源中药材,具有显著的药用价值和食用价值。多糖是黄精的主要活性成分之一,具有抗氧化、降血糖、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等多种功效。对近年来有关黄精多糖的提取工艺技术进行总结研究,旨为黄精多糖在医药、保健品、食品等领域的开发利用及其生物活性的深入研究提供理论基础。
Polygonatum sibiricum is a precious Chinese medicine of the same origin as medicine and food,which has medicinal and edible value.Polysaccharide is one of the main active ingredients of Polygonatum sibiricum,which has various biological activities such as antioxidant,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,and immune enhancement.This article summarized and studied the extraction technology of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides in recent years,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharides in the fields of medicine,health products,and food,as well as in-depth research on their biological activity.
