Research Progress of Lithocarpus pachylepis

厚鳞柯(Lithocarpus pachylepis A.Camus)为壳斗科柯属的一种,为藤蔓科植物。柯属植物用途广泛,其茎、叶、花、果均可食用或药用。厚鳞柯种仁含有淀粉、油脂、纤维素、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、酚类等,既有食用价值,也具有药用价值。对厚鳞柯的生长发育及营养成分已有部分研究,在此基础上,主要针对厚鳞柯的种质资源、营养价值及活性功效进行综述,并对厚鳞柯的开发应用前景和限制因素进行总结和展望。

Lithocarpus pachylepis A.Camus is a species of the genus Lithocarpus in the family Crustaceae,a family of vines found mainly in China and northern Vietnam.The stems,leaves,flowers and fruits of Lithocarpus pachylepis are widely used for food and medicinal purposes.The seeds of the plant contain starch,oil,cellulose,protein,vitamins,minerals,phenols,etc.,which are both edible and medicinal.Based on the previous studies on the growth and development and nutritional composition of Lithocarpus pachylepis,the present study mainly reviewd the germplasm resources,nutritional values and active effects of Lithocarpus pachylepis,and summarized and outlooks the development and application prospects and constraints of Lithocarpus pachylepis.
