含氨有机硅膜在湿气条件下用于CO_(2)分离的研究

摘要 以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为硅源前驱体制备了含氨有机硅膜,并与1,2-双(三乙氧基硅基)乙烷(BTESE)制备的有机硅膜进行对比,研究了湿度对两种有机硅膜进行CO_(2)分离性能的影响。结果表明:APTES膜随湿度的增加CO_(2)渗透率降低幅度不明显,而BTESE膜由于水蒸汽在膜孔中发生毛细凝聚现象,从而造成CO_(2)渗透率降低幅度较大;相比于APTES膜,BTESE膜的CO_(2)/N_(2)选择性仅增加了0.43倍,APTES膜的CO_(2)/N_(2)选择性增加了0.91倍。这是由于APTES支链上的氨基基团在水的存在下能促进CO_(2)的传输,说明含氨有机硅膜在湿气条件下对CO_(2)的分离具有良好的应用前景。 Amino-containing organosilicon membranes were prepared with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)as the silicon precursors,and compared with the organosilicon membranes prepared from 1,2-bis(triethoxysilyl)ethane(BTESE).The effect of humidity on the CO_(2) separation performance of the two organosilicon membranes was investigated.The results showed that the CO_(2) permeability of APTES membrane was a slight decrease with the increase of humidity,while the CO_(2) permeability of BTESE membrane decreased significantly with the increase of humidity due to the capillary condensation of water vapor in the membrane pores.The CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of BTESE membrane only increased by 0.43 times of that under dry conditions,whereas APTES membrane increased by 0.91 times.This was due to the fact that the amino group on the APTES branched chain could promote CO_(2) transport in the presence of water,indicating that amino-containing organosilicon membranes had a good application prospect for CO_(2) separation under humid condition.
