摘要
通过一步溶剂热法合成了一种可见光响应型光催化剂(CdS/rGO),该光催化剂由分散在还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)上的纳米CdS组成。用XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、FT-IR等方式对其进行了表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)为污染物,研究了复合材料的光催化性能。结果表明,CdS/rGO具有更高的光催化活性。经过重复循环实验,证明CdS/rGO复合物的可重复使用性较好。最后,根据反应活性自由基的测试,提出了一种可能的光降解机理。
A visible light responsive photocatalyst(CdS/rGO)was synthesized by one-step solvothermal method.The photocatalyst consisted of nano-CdS dispersed on reduced graphene oxide(rGO).It was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and FT-IR.Using methylene blue(MB)as a contaminant,the photocatalytic performance of the composite was studied.The results showed that the CdS/rGO nanocomposite had higher photocatalytic activity.Through repeated cycle experiments,it was proved that the CdS/rGO composite had good reusability.Finally,a possible photodegradation mechanism was proposed based on the test of reactive radicals.
