Research Progress on Extracellular Polysaccharide of Filamentous Fungi

丝状真菌胞外多糖是丝状真菌生长过程中代谢到细胞壁外的一种天然高分子聚合物,具有分子量大、结构复杂多样等特点。从丝状真菌胞外多糖的分离纯化、结构表征及其抑菌抗氧化等生物活性方面进行综述,以期为丝状真菌胞外多糖的深入研究、开发和应用提供参考。

Extracellular polysaccharide of filamentous fungi was a kind of natural macromolecule compound that is metabolized to the outside of the cell wall during the normal growth of filamentous fungi,which had the characteristics of larger molecular weight,complex and diverse structure.The isolation,purification,structural characterization,biological activity such as antibacterial and antioxidant activities of extracellular polysaccharides from filamentous fungi were reviewed in this paper.It would provide reference for the further research,development,and application of extracellular polysaccharides from filamentous fungi.
