智慧教室和THEOL网络教学综合平台建设背景下“食品工厂设计”教学新模式探索与实践

摘要 智慧教室是一种新型的教育形式,搭载现代化手段融入课堂教学全过程,赋能课堂简单化、高效化和智能化,极大地提升了学生使用工具能力与自主学习能力。THEOL网络教学综合平台是中国高校混合式教学创新改革的重要载体,具有资源共享性、开放性及多元化等多项优势。以智慧教室和THEOL网络教学平台的建设为依托的“互联网+”技术正积极促使“食品工厂设计”教学效果丰富、有趣、生动。实践证明,依靠智慧教室和THEOL网络教学平台进行课堂课下混合式教学新模式,将传统课堂抽象、枯燥、分散的理论以直观、形象、系统化的方式呈现,极大地增加了学生学习的积极性、主动性和理解力,达到了提高教学效果的目的。 Smart classroom is a new form of education,carrying modern means into the whole process of classroom teaching,empowering the classroom to be simple,efficient and intelligent,greatly enhancing students'ability to use tools and independent learning;THEOL network teaching platform is an important carrier of the innovative reform of hybrid teaching in Chinese universities,with many advantages such as resource sharing,openness and diversity.Based on the construction of smart classroom and THEOL network teaching platform,the“Internet+”technology was actively making the teaching effect of Food Factory Design rich,interesting and vivid.It was proved that the new model of hybrid teaching in and out of classroom relying on smart classroom and THEOL network teaching platform had presented the abstract,boring and scattered theoretical knowledge of traditional classroom in an intuitive,visual and systematic way,which had greatly increased the students'enthusiasm,initiative and understanding,and achieved the purpose of improving the teaching effect.
