Discussion on the Construction Plan and Key Points of Steel Structure Factory Buildings

钢结构框架厂房因其具有强度大、跨度大等特点,成为当前工业生产建筑最常用的技术方案。在施工时,钢结构框架具有结构体量大、连接形式多样的特征,其施工涉及多种专业及工种,具有技术要求高、组织难度大等特点。本文结合笔者参与的钢结构厂房安装工程,介绍了工程施工的方案、流程及安装关键点,以期为相关从业人员提供有益的参考。

Steel frame factory buildings have become the most commonly used technical solution for industrial production build-ings due to their characteristics of high strength and large span.During construction,steel frame structures have the characteristics of large structural volume and diverse connection forms.Their construction involves various professions and trades,with high technical requirements and organizational difficulties.This article introduces the construction plan,process,and installation key points of the steel structure factory installation project that the author participated in,in order to provide useful reference for relevant practitioners.
