摘要
本研究全面分析了掘进机在矿山隧道工程中的应用及其效益。通过详细介绍掘进机的施工工艺、初期支护措施以及隧洞开挖与超前管棚技术,突出技术在提高施工效率、降低成本和增强安全性方面的重要作用。还探讨了施工效益的评估方法和针对现场具体问题的优化措施。研究结果表明,掘进机的技术创新对推动矿山工程的现代化进程具有深远影响,预示着未来隧道建设的发展方向。
This study comprehensively analyzes the application and benefits of tunneling machines in mining tunnel engineering.By providing a detailed introduction to the construction process,initial support measures,and tunnel excavation and advanced pipe shed technology of tunneling machines,the important role of technology in improving construction efficiency,reducing costs,and enhancing safety is highlighted.We also discussed the evaluation methods for construction benefits and optimization measures for specific on-site problems.The research results indicate that the technological innovation of tunneling machines has a profound impact on promoting the modernization process of mining engineering,indicating the development direction of future tunnel construction.
