智能化采煤工作面建设关键技术运用探究

摘要 智能化采煤工作面的建设活动涉及较多内容,需引进多元化的技术指标和方案,提高管理水平。在该环节,相关单位需引进智能感知与监测技术,实时把控智能化采煤工作面的状态,并且结合直线度控制和水平度控制技术,提升采煤工作面的稳定性。另外,还需要引进自适应调高技术,灵活把控采煤机的位置状态,提升采煤活动的灵活性和适应性。此外,还应当结合无人化技术、人工智能、大数据技术,大幅度提高智能化采煤工作面的信息化运作水平,以提高采煤效率和安全性。 The construction activities of intelligent coal mining face involve a lot of content,and diversified technical indicators and plans need to be introduced to improve management level.In this stage,relevant units need to introduce intelligent perception and monitoring technology to real-time control the status of intelligent coal mining faces,and combine straightness control and levelness control technology to improve the stability of the coal mining face.In addition,it is necessary to introduce adaptive height adjustment technology to flexibly control the position and status of the coal mining machine,and improve the flexibility and adaptability of coal mining activities.In addition,it is necessary to combine unmanned technology,artificial intelligence,and big data technology to significantly improve the information technology operation level of intelligent coal mining faces,in order to improve coal mining efficiency and safety.
