Application Strategies of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Digital Government Construction

引入生成式人工智能于数字政府的建设过程中,是大数据时代背景下政府工作与国家治理数字化与智能化的必经之路,具有重要的时代意义与现实价值。本文首先阐述了数字政府建设中应用生成式人工智能技术在提高效率、降低成本以及提升科学性三方面的意义,然后分析了应用技术在数据安全、算法主导以及责任主体三方面可能带来的风险问题,在此基础上对生成式人工智能在数字政府建设中的应用路径进行了论述。

The introduction of generative artificial intelligence into the construction process of digital government is the only way to digitize and intellectualize government work and national governance under the background of big data era,which has important era significance and practical value.This paper first expounds the significance of the application of generative artificial intelligence technology in the construction of digital government in improving efficiency,reducing cost and improving science,and then analyzes the risk problems that may be brought by the application of technology in the three aspects of data security,algorithm dominance and responsible subject.On this basis,the application path of generative artificial intelligence in the construction of digital government is discussed.
