摘要
G213线的升级改造让原本不收费的二级公路变为收费公路,较大增加了区域弱势利益群体的经济压力,若采用传统粗放模式--收费站旁修建辅道,工程量、造价与国家“双碳”“集约节约”政策不适应,因此本文引入新型的智慧云收费识别系统,通过“云-边-端”协同架构,对本项目特情区域弱势利益群体在云端提前录入信息进行规范化,对他们通过拟建项目收费站时给予一定的优惠政策,实现精细化管理,这样不仅解决了拟建项目较大的痛点问题,还提高了收费运营效率、降低了建设成本,也响应了“双碳”“集约节约”政策,助力交通运输行业创新发展。
The upgrading and renovation of G213 line has turned the secondary road that did not collect tolls into a toll road,which has greatly increased the economic pressure on the vulnerable interest groups in the region.If the traditional extensive model--the construction of auxiliary roads next to toll stations is adopted,the project quantity,cost and the national“double carbon”and“intensive saving”policy are not adapted to,so this paper introduces a new intelligent cloud toll identification system.Through the“cloud-edge-end”collaborative architecture,the vulnerable interest groups in the special situation area of the project are standardized to enter information in the cloud in advance,and certain preferential policies are given to them when they pass the proposed project toll station,so as to achieve fine management.so as to achieve fine This not only solves the major pain points of the proposed project,but also improves the charging operation efficiency and reduces the construction cost.It also responds to the“double carbon”and“intensive conservation”policies to help the innovative development of the transportation industry.
